All of our products are shipped using only 100% recycled or recyclable cardboard and kraft paper. We never use single-use plastic.

*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, USA territories and P.O. Boxes.
All other shipping costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers. Please visit the checkout page for current shipping rates.
USA Delivery Times for Economy Shipping
Typical delivery time is 4-7 business days. Free shipping may take up to 2 weeks during high-volume times.
Canada Delivery Times
3-5 business days

International Delivery Times
3-5 business days days. Please be aware customs may hold your package for a longer period of time.
*Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. If your package is returned to sender because of either an incorrect address, failure to respond to the carrier, or refusal the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To offer the lowest shipping rates the following methods will be used. P.O. Boxes are only available to ship USPS.
Economy: FedEx, USPS, or UPS
Expedited 3-5 Day: FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground
Expedited 1 Day Air: FedEx our UPS Air

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
If you have Onward Shipping Protection you can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.
Customers without shipping protection please contact us immediately at shipping@yolohayoga.com if the item is defective, damaged, lost, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo if the item is damaged, defective or the wrong product. Please keep in mind if you did not choose shipping protection you will need to file a claim with your shipping carrier if your item is lost or damaged before a replacement can be sent.

Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are charged at checkout for Canada orders. Duties and taxes are not included for all other international destinations.
